It is actively study that information sharing in order to raise
value of the information(knowledge) which is not structured with
actualizing the information which is shared implicitly in the community
. There is a knowledge management as the mechanism making which
raises the intellectual creativity of organization by utilizing
the intellectual property in organizing. The knowledge management
support system which uses AI technology is mainly researched, but,
interest is not directed in feelings and motive of the user which
use the system. As a result, it becomes a system which is not used
in the community. Generally cost the side which provides information
at the time of information sharing, quite is large by comparison
with the cost the side which uses information. Because of this,
a some incentive becomes necessary for the user which proveides
information.
In regard to incentive, there is a system which collects fee in
order to browse information even on traditional WWW. Information
sharing is implemented by giving the incentive that the user can
obtain the money on the side which provides information. On the
one hand, in the bulletin board system, electronic news, despite
of user cannot obtain the money, there is the human who offers a
number of informations whose quality is high. Namely, incentive
in order to provide information, it does not limit to just "obtain
the money".
It can see as the resource allocation in auction and market mechanism,
if Individual user provides information in order to raise profit
by obtaining "somethig"(key-?) in collateral.
With this project, on the basis of the research of the incentive
which is based on market mechanism, we aim toward the design of
the mechanism which promotes information sharing and the development
of the information sharing system. In addition, we design mechanism
of incentive discovery on the basis of the technical element of
knowledge discovery, information sharing, information gathering.
yKnowledge Discoveryz
DMENLP
The Information Retrieval as technology for extracting information
required the huge and computerized information(key-word,
key-phrase). The Information Retrieval is used as a background
of researches, such as a knowledge management in an organization
. For example , we consider reusing effectively intellectual property,
such as know-how and technology in a company (or a laboratory).
Inoramation Rerieval is applied to the system using the Q&A example
in the call center of a company.
The Q &A example is a demand of the customer and its response in
call center. Information retrieval is allow that quick support dealing
with a customer is attained in a call center, and expect being able
to find a customer's needs and the problem of goods by analyzing
the problem which occurs frequently. So it expect discovering information(key)
more useful to a company. However, users' question and operators
answering, and documents in WWW are not processed formally. So we
use computers to convert (key-)patterns
for computers easy to process. Processing text data formally and
semantically, we use ``morphological analysis'' and ``modification
analysis'' statistically.

We do research on information retrieval and information recommendation
as a technique for collecting information It present Information
Retrieval as technology for taking out information required for
us(key-topic) out of the huge information
processed electronically . In our project, we use Information Retrieval
a means to search information with specific conditions as Know-Who
search(key-person) that search who know
what, and sharing information acquired by knowledge discovery.
The Information recommendation the technique which presumes the
demand of user(key-concept) automatically
and recommends the information which fill the demand. To reallize
a recommendation system, we need express user's likings on computer.
We call this expression user's model(or user's preference), and
the process of expressing user modelings. In our project, we aim
to information recommendation to acquire knowledge, representing
both user's preference and knowledge in the user modeling.
yInformation Sharingz
Now, on the knowledge manegement, what the people dialogue with
people and have a relationship with people physically and hypothetically
is very important for the process of the knowledge creation and
the knowledge asset utilization. For starting communication by dialoguing
and having a relationship, it is necessary for the awareness with
the appearance information about members having communication and
the document owned by members . Here, the document is what resolved
expression the knowledge which members have. In this research, we
aim giving an impulse to share the information by awareness support
about the person and the document.
First, we carry the awareness support about the document. This system
runs the awareness support by notifying a uer of the message. But,
because the superfluous awareness repulse users and users have possibilities
not to be able to discover the notice which the users should discover
at its heart, we consider that it defeat its own end on giving an
impulse to share the information . And, content analysis can't contend
with the movement of user's interest and respect as opposed to what
user's interest and respect come and go day by day. And, in this
research, we attend to context (context is background and appearance
when we use the documents), approach the awareness support about
the documents considering context. By considering context, we think
that the system can consider the movement of user's interest and
respect without the content of the document.
Also, we produce the awareness support about person. On the awareness
about person, It is important who is around me , how community has
occurred ,and who and who talk . At the same time, because what
achieve the knowledge sharing is not IT in itself but the knowledge
communities which treat it , COP is paid attention on knowledge
management at the moment. we approach to support the creation of
COP by achieving the awareness about person. we aim to promotive
the knowledge sharing in the community by the creation support of
