The Device-free Localization System based on Bluetooth Beacons Considering the Environmental Changes
Device-free Indoor Localization is important to detect abnormality of elderly people of distant place. Bluetooth beacons have two advantages; cheap and driving for long time without exchange of batteries. Therefore, we can set its more flexibly than other devices, e.g. camera devices. We propose a Device-free Localization (DFL) method using multiple Bluetooth beacons. Existing DFL techniques are influenced by surround environment. To adapt DFL techniques to environment, we applied obtained data clustering by the unsupervised learning. We verified the efficacy of the proposed method by experiments, and we show that our method realized DFL with 95% by the unsupervised learning.
